Warranties and Refunds

Special note regarding the purchase of Lgb Points

Please note that Lgb points are compatible with Lgb & Piko and Bachmann Locomotives and rolling stock. However, problems may occur, when running locomotives and carriages with Fine-Scale Wheels. Under these circumstances, no warranty is available from the Lgb manufacturer.

In addition, points and other specialty track items that have been screwed down to your layout are  not covered by warranty, as this is considered to be a modification to the points.

By using screws to fasten points down, will put them out of Gauge.

To avoid this situation Points should be allowed to 'float' between the track going into and out of the points.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY WARRANTY IS GIVEN AT THE DISCRETION OF  THE MANUFACTURE.
FOR THIS REASON IT IS THE OBLIGATION OF THE PURCHASER, TO READ ALL THE RELEVANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND ITS USE,  BEFORE THEY PURCHASE THE ITEMS OR ATTEMPT TO USE IT.

ANY RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ITS ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING,
TOGETHER WITH THE INVOICE RELATIVE TO THE PURCHASE.
